Calendar of Events
The Blue Ridge Land Rover Club holds four events yearly, two of which are scheduled on the same dates each year. MayDay (first full weekend of May) and Groundhog Day (first full weekend in February). The other events are scheduled at the convenience of the organizers.
Listed below are BRLRC sanctioned event as well as national and other club events that BRLRC members might want to participate in either individually or as a club group.

Recent events we've had fun at...
Fall outing at The Wilds
Members of the BRLRC meet at The Wilds in Cumberland, OH on Sunday, September 27 to try out the new roads cut in the off-road course at the famous wildlife preserve. This was a joint venture with the group from Land Rover Dublin (MAG) who ventured down from Dublin, OH to have a day of adventure in their Land Rover Vehicles.
It had rained the night before, so some of the hills were very interesting for the MAG group who weren’t all avid off-roaders. The staff at The Wilds provided an excellent picnic lunch in one of their new covered shelter areas overlooking the wildlife preserve.
We highly recommend everyone who can to take a day and visit The Wilds. You will get a chance to see some of the world’s most spectacular wild animals in an outdoor setting similar to the natural habitat, a must for the kids.
BRLRC wishes to thank the staff at The Wilds and Land Rover Dublin for the opportunity to visit this marvelous place.
The club's annual meeting and rally was held at North Bend State Park near Cairo, WV on May1, 2 and 3. This was the 20th anniversary of the BRLRC.
Members present at the rally were given one of each of the following commemorative items:
- Special dash plaques (pictured above)
- Tee-shirt with club logo dated with clubs organization date.
- DVD of pictures taken during the event (mailed out to participants only)
These commemorative items will be made available to non attendees who wish to purchase them from the club. Prices include shipping and handling. Those wishing to purchase any of these items should email the event organizers with your requests. Instructions will be emailed back to you.

2009 Groundhog Day rally, Pipestem, WV.
Pipestem State Park is always a great place to hold an event in the winter. Check out the event pictures and see what we mean. Driving conditions varied from mud to snow and everything in between.
